Back Into My Body is Amy's signature programme, born from her personal transformation journey on Ibiza post becoming a Mother.
It's designed to guide women back into self trust and intuitive movement through somatic release, flexibility training and practices Amy was taught by Yogic masters on her world travels.
This programme has been in development for 2.5 years. It's not another quick fix but a complete overhaul of holistic health culture that will have you restructuring habits, learning to listen to your body and also stretch your limits off the mat.

We begin with diving deep into system regulation how we can create space within the nervous system and assure our bodies it is safe to release old emotions and open up to new ways of being. This section focuses on Flexibility, and opening the body.
As we open to new spaces , we need to trust in what opens up for us - by building strength, mental resilience, and ability to trust ourselves. This section focuses on chanting, inversion practices and learning to feel comfortable in our own skin.
The final section is where we really get to play, incorporating everything we've learnt so far. We begin dance therapy classes and really dive into the new intuitive states we have developed and dive into a new world of wild ecstatic movement.
